On World Mental Health Day, Preschool (APSACS) organized a Zumba and basic breathing exercise session for young learners. Children, along with their teachers, enthusiastically participated in various fun exercises that promoted both physical activity and emotional well-being.
To encourage mindfulness and creativity, mindful coloring worksheets were also provided, allowing children to express themselves freely through colors of their own choice. The day was filled with energy, joy, and a focus on nurturing a healthy mind and body.
